Fidei Polytechnic Is Located at Gboko and has officially announced the Application date for the Post-UTME and Direct Entry Screening Exercise for the 2023/2024 Academic Session. This article shows the steps on how to apply for Fidei Polytechnic Post UTME Form.
ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA
- Candidates who scored 100 and above in the recent UTME are eligible.
- Those who have not chosen Fidei Polytechnic as their first choice are advised to visit any CBT Centre and log onto the JAMB portal to apply for a change of Institution to Fidei Polytechnic.
- Candidates who sat for UTME and are awaiting their Senior Secondary Certificates Examinations (SSCE) can also apply
How to Obtain Admission Forms
Candidates can acquire Admission Forms at the following locations:
Polytechnic Campus: KM 8, GBOKO–ALIADE ROAD, GBOKO, BENUE STATE.
Cross River State: MARKETING DEPARTMENT; CROSS RIVER BROADCASTING CORPORATION (CRBC), OGOJA.
Submission of Forms Requirements
When submitting forms, candidates must provide:
- Two photocopies of the receipt of purchase of the Admission form.
- Two photocopies of all relevant academic qualifications, such as GCE O’ level certificates.
- Two photocopies of Birth Certificate or Statutory Declaration of Age.
- Two passport-sized photographs.
