UNIBEN CUT OFF MARK 2023/2024 / JAMB AND DEPARTMENTAL

The minimum required score for UNIBEN Cut Off Mark 2023/2024 is pegged at 200 for aspirant to be considered for admission into UNIBEN or be considered to sit for its Post UTME examinations.

The University of Benin does not have a specific cut off mark for courses. Aspirants who scored a minimum of 200 in JAMB examination are automatically disqualified to apply for the admission in University of Benin

Due to the high number of students who  choose University of Benin as their preferred and first choice institution, the admission processes is usually competitive and the school is giving out admission to candidates based on their JAMB and POST UTME score.

How To Calculate UNIBEN Aggregate score

Divide your jamb score by 8 and divide your post UTME score by 2, then sum the two.

Take for instance,

Your JAMB Score = 260

Your Post UTME Score = 70

All you need to do is;

260 ÷ 8 = 32.5%

70÷ 2 = 35%

32.5 + 35 = 67.5%

Requirements for Admission into University of Benin

• Candidates must obtain a minimum score of 200 in JAMB examination
• Aspirants must have a minimum of 5 Credit pass in O’Level Result
• Aspirants must be 16 years of age
• Candidates must have an acceptable score in the Post UTME examination.
• University of Benin must be your preferred choice of Institution.
