University College Hospital (UCH), Ibadan, School of Health Information Management (SHIM) has officially announced the Application date for the Post-UTME and Direct Entry Screening Exercise for the 2023/2024 Academic Session. This article shows the steps on how to apply for UCH Ibadan Post UTME Form.
ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS
- Candidates who score 150 in the 2023 UTME conducted by the Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board (JAMB).
- Minimum five (5) credit passes in O’Level including English Language, Mathematics, Biology, Physics/Chemistry and any other subjects.
How to Apply for UCH Ibadan Post UTME Form
Interested applicants are required to pay a non-refundable application and screening fee of N2,000 into the TSA ACCOUNT (TSA/UCH/SHIM/ADMISSION FORM) at any commercial bank.
Following payment, applicants should convert their bank teller into a receipt at the Cash Office of the Finance & Accounts Department, University College Hospital, Ibadan. Both the photocopy of the receipt of payment and the photocopy of the bank teller should be forwarded or presented to the Administrative Office of the School.
All applicants are required to have a functional email address. Access codes for the online application can be collected from the School’s Administrative Office. The application should be completed online via portal.uch-ibadan.org.ng not later than 31st August 2023.
Screening and Interview Process
The dates for the screening exercise for the ND programme will be communicated to applicants via their email addresses. Successful applicants will also be notified for an oral interview at a later date through text messages and updates on the School’s website.
The Computer Based Test (CBT) for the ND programme will cover the following subjects:
- English Language
- Mathematics
- Chemistry
- Physics
- Biology
