BASUG Post-UTME / DE Screening Form 2023/2024

Bauchi State University Gadau (BASUG) has officially announced the Application date for the Post-UTME and Direct Entry Screening Exercise for the 2023/2024 Academic Session. This article shows the steps on how to apply for BASUG Post UTME Form.

BASUG POST UTME FORM

The Application fee is N2,000 for BASUG and an additional N300 as transaction/portal charges for FlexiSAF.

ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS

  • Candidates who score 140 points in the 2023 UTME conducted by the Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board (JAMB).
  • Applicant should have chosen BASUG as their first choice.
  • Minimum five (5) credit passes in O’Level including English Language, in not more than two sittings.
  • Direct Entry (DE) candidates must fulfil the above requirements and in addition, score a minimum of 7 points in IJMB or NCE and at least lower credit in ND.
  • Candidates who did not initial choose BASUG as their first choice but are now considering it are eligible too. But ensure you apply for JAMB change of institution.
  • Candidates using awaiting results are advised to Update their profile and Upload.

Steps on How to Apply for BASUG Post UTME Form

  • Visit the BASUG Portal.
  • Create an Account https://basug_screened.admissions.cloud/create-account.jsp to start the Process
  • Once your account is set up, make a payment for the Post-UTME screening fee using your ATM card or by generating an RRR and make payment in the bank. The fee is N2,000 for BASUG and an additional N300 as transaction/portal charges for FlexiSAF. The bank account details will be provided on the portal.
  • After payment, fill in the online form, providing the necessary personal details, including your JAMB score and registration number, educational qualifications, contact information, and chosen course of study.
  • Submit the form online. You don’t have to visit the campuses physically for this submission.
